Members of the media are invited to cover the handing over ceremony at the Florida Government School, which is located at Loretto, St. John. The ceremony begins at10 a.m.

Scheduled to address the ceremony are: Prime Minister Dr. the Rt. Hon. Keith Mitchell, Minister of Education Hon. Claris Charles, US Charge d’ Affaires Peter Secor and ARD Director of Social Recovery Dr. Jennifer Holder Dolly.

The $267,000 (EC) project includes repairs to the School building and the Great House. Repairs to the School building include painting and replacement of the roof and some windows.

Repairs to the Great House include painting, replacement of a portion of the roof, repairs to some windows, the upstairs and downstairs floors, as well as electrical and plumbing repairs.
