The 73 page report, which includes the audited financial statements, outlines the history and evolution of the ARD since its inception in November 2004. The Report was laid before the House of Representatives by the Leader of Government Business Hon. Gregory Bowen.

The document chronicles the numerous interventions of the ARD and the extensive consultancy and advisory works, as well as projects undertaken in 2005; and includes reports from the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Marius St. Rose and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Richardson Andrews.
